Reflexology Treatment
Reflexology is a lot more than just a foot rub! Our feet are like maps of our body and the different areas of our feet correspond to certain organs and body systems. By using precise techniques and applying pressure to areas on the feet, it helps activates the body’s natural abilities to heal itself. By sending energy flowing through a person’s body until it reaches the area in need of healing. Restoring the body back into its natural balanced state. It really is amazing how are feet can tell us so much about what is going on inside our body.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a safe procedure using acupuncture needles inserted into the muscle directly at a myofascial trigger point. A myofascial trigger point consists of multiple contractions within a muscle causing a tender point inside the taut bands of muscle also known as a” knot”. They occur in overworked or traumatised muscles.
Sports Injuries
Sports Massage uses light manipulative soft tissue techniques and stretching to stimulate the body, release muscle tension, increase range of motion along with many more benefits. Sports therapy plays an important role in injury prevention and rehabilitation post surgery from serious injuries. Find out more.
