I’ve been qualified as a STOTT Pilates instructor since February 2016.
STOTT Pilates mind body exercise was built on the principles of the late Joseph Pilates, since then it has been incorporated with modern exercise science for optimal musculoskeletal performance- strength, flexibility and endurance- without risk of injury or building bulk.
The focus of STOTT Pilates is on core stability, pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and breathing. The STOTT method of exercise also helps restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self confidence.
